Yes, but a handy term is ‘engorgement’ – to swell with blood or to fill with blood. With arousal, a penis can engorge – become erect.
Women engorge just as much as men do, but where a man’s engorgment is on the outside and sticking out, women’s engorgement is mostly inside – the walls of the vaginal canal swell. Her libs (labia) also swell – they become a bit more puffy.
The head of her clitoris may both engorge (grow) and become erect – hard. Nipples can also become erect – both male nipples and female nipples can become erect.
