Everything needs to be taken in moderation -Most artificial drinks including soda have very high quantities of sugar .
A lot of sugar is harmful to your health in the long run i.e if we were to take a lot of sugar than the body requires , it is converted into fat and this is stored in the body . This may eventually lead to a raised body mass index i.e a high body weight compared to a person height and this then leads to many health problems including diabetes , hypertension , heart disease .
To be healthy we need to take a balanced diet and exercise regularly
