Question: which is best medicine to cure malarial infection

It depends on how sick a person i.e how severe the infection is – A diagnosis will need to be made by a doctor/health care worker before medicine can be prescribed.
There are some medications that are given for a person to take at home usually called Coartem . When a person i admitted another medicine called Artesunate can also be given .
Just to re-iterate these medications should only be given following advice from a doctor/healthcare worker
